-Use of Spironolactone
-Damage or diseases that affect the testicles and cause testosterone production
-thyroid problems, since its hormones control the growth and specifically sexual growth gland
-Some cancers, including tumors of the lungs, pituitary gland or adrenal glands
-obesity, which leads to more estrogen
-Illicit drugs, including anabolic steroids, marijuana and heroin
-HIV-gynecomastia drugs can sometimes be a side effect in the treatment of HIV, called "highly active antiretroviral therapy."
-Anti-anxiety medications drugs such as diazepam (Valium) can sometimes cause gynecomastia.
-Heart medications drugs such as digoxin (lancine) and calcium channel blockers can sometimes lead to gynecomastia.
-Medications that empty your stomach. For example, metoclopramide (Reglan) can have gynecomastia as a side effect.
Gynecomastia is not a disease, but a deformity which is more aesthetically treated, although some men may feel pain in their chests.
Gynecomastia usually disappears with exercise otherwise medication or surgery should be used.
-Swollen breast tissue
-Pain or allergy
-Nipple discharge in one or both breasts
When there is a higher percentage of estrogen in the body, it causes swelling of men's breast tissue. About half of teenage boys and even two-thirds of men over the age of 50 are partially affected by the problem.

-In case of respiratory disease
-Use analgesics, drugs, alcohol and cigarettes

Share your entire history of the disease with medical team.
You may have throat inflammation after surgery due to respiratory intubation which this problem will be fixed with time. Use warm liquids and Do not drink cold liquids.
Use of bra cache for 7-10 days after surgery
Change the dressing regularly.
After surgery, you have no problem getting out of bed if you don’t feel dizzy.
